The University of Texas at Austin campus is also <10 minutes away, which it makes it especially convenient if you're in town visiting or attending a football, basketball, volleyball, etc. game. House Rules: Parking: Off-street parking is available. Please street signs to determine available parking. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 11 PM and 8 AM. No smoking including the use of ecigarettes in or around the studio. No pets allowed. Service animals welcome, please note if one will be joining you during your stay prior to arrival. No parties or events. Up to 2 non-registered guests allowed. Guests will have full access to the entire studio, including the living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. The studio is located above the detached garage, only accessible by stairs which you can get to through the private side yard. We ask that you not enter the courtyard as we have dogs who periodically come in and out.
